Licensed, Insured & WSIB Current

Valid Ontario trade licence, your own general liability, and WSIB clearance on file before you start — and kept current. No exceptions.

Code-Compliant Work You Stand Behind

Your work meets the code that applies to your trade, passes inspection the first time, and holds up — every Cornerstone project carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.

Clean Up After Yourself

All garbage and debris go in the dumpster outside — no food, wrappers, or cups left behind. You leave the space looking like it did when you arrived, or cleaner. Every day.

Show Up & Communicate

You arrive on the day and in the sequence we set, so the trade after you isn't held up — and you flag any delay the moment you see it, not the morning of.
