Before demo starts, our full site protection protocol goes in. Guardia Pro floor protection, polyethylene dust barriers, MERV 5 HVAC filter pads, SharkBite Max plumbing caps, and LOTO electrical lockout. Your home is protected from day one.

Managed Execution

PHASE 03

Every trade is vetted, scheduled, and managed by us. Real-time updates via your JobTread client portal every evening. Single point of contact throughout. Daily HEPA reset and site cleanup before we leave every day.

Formal Closeout & Handover

PHASE 04

Full punch list walkthrough with you before we call it done. You receive your Owner's Manual with all warranties, trade contacts, and maintenance notes. Then your 5-year written warranty starts.

DAILY RESET

We take the last 30 minutes of every day to do the following:

  • All garbage removed to the bin
  • Tools, cords, and materials packed up and organised
  • Work zone HEPA vacuumed
  • Floor protection and barriers inspected and re-taped
  • Washroom cleaned twice a week

NEGATIVE PRESSURE ZONE

On heavy demo and drywall days we run active air management.

  • HEPA air scrubber running continuously
  • Negative pressure maintained — air pulled out faster than it comes in
  • Dust physically cannot travel to the rest of your home
  • The same standard used in commercial construction and remediation

PRICE LOCK GUARANTEE

Surprises are for birthdays, not construction. Once we sign a contract, your price is locked. We absorb any material cost fluctuations so your budget stays exactly where it started.

5-YEAR WARRANTY

We stand behind our workmanship for five full years. If we built it, we own it.
