Do you pay interior designers a referral fee?

We'd rather earn your repeat business the honest way: by protecting your design, hitting your dates, and making you look good on every job.
Will you change my design or finishes without asking?
Never. We build to your plans, not around them. We don't value-engineer behind your back or quietly swap a spec because something was easier to source. If a real-world condition forces a change, you hear it first and you make the call.
Will you try to take my client?
No. Your client is your client. We communicate through you, not around you, and we're there to execute your vision — not to insert ourselves into the relationship you built.
Do you work from my drawings, or do you redraw everything?
We build directly from your drawings. We review them up front, resolve any construction details that need a builder's eye, and confirm anything unclear with you before we start — but the design stays yours.
How do I stay informed while you're on site?
Through your project portal. Daily photos and site logs post automatically, so you can check progress between meetings without chasing anyone. You also have one named point of contact — Mike or your site supervisor — every day of the build.
