The Scope Gap a Referred Client Would Have Discovered Too Late
A Durham Region water loss damaged three levels of a home. Before accepting the carrier's rebuild settlement, the homeowner asked Cornerstone for an independent review of the scope.

What the Review Found
- Electrical code deficiencies not in the original scope.

- Drywall scoped at roughly half the opened area.
