The Punch List
Before we ask you to look, we go through the project against a detailed punch list — edges, finishes, and function. We fix the small things that separate "basically done" from genuinely finished.
Your Walkthrough
We walk the finished space with you, side by side. We show you what was done, how everything works, and we listen. If something's not right, we note it and handle it. We don't ask you to sign off until the items we find together are taken care of.
