Phase 1 of 4 — Discovery & Design

It Starts With Listening

Before we ever talk price, we come to your home, see the space, and understand what you're really trying to achieve. A great renovation is designed long before the first wall comes down.

The On-Site Visit

We Come To You

When Mike comes out to measure, it's not a quick look-around. It's a working session. We measure every dimension that matters, photograph the space, and check the things most contractors skip — what's behind the walls, where the services run, and what your home will actually allow.

This is also where we get to know how you live, so the design fits your life, not just the floor plan.

The Right Questions

Come Ready, Leave Confident

The more we know, the better your proposal. Here's what we'll ask — and what's helpful to think about before we arrive:

  • How do you use this space today, and what frustrates you about it?
  • What's the must-have list versus the nice-to-have list?
  • Any inspiration photos or finishes you already love?
  • What's your timeline, and is there a hard date driving it?
  • What's the budget range you're working within?

3D Renderings

See It Before We Build It

You shouldn't have to imagine your finished space from a flat drawing. We turn the design into a 3D rendering so you can see the layout, the finishes, and how it all comes together — and change things on screen, not on site, where changes get expensive.

The Proposal

A Fixed Price, Built Around Your Meeting

Everything from that first visit feeds into one clear, itemized proposal. Line by line, you see exactly what you're getting and what it costs — no vague allowances, no "we'll figure it out later." That's the foundation of our Price Lock Guarantee: the number we agree on is the number you pay.
