Phase 2 of 4 — Pre-Construction

Settle the Details Before We Build

The difference between a smooth renovation and a stressful one is decided before anyone picks up a tool. Pre-construction is where we lock the details so the build runs clean.

Permits & Approvals

We Handle the Paperwork

Permits protect you — they mean the work is inspected and done to code. Where your job requires a permit, we manage the process so it's handled correctly and on time, and so your renovation is documented and inspected when it's time to sell.

Material and finish selections

Selections & Ordering

Decisions Made Early, Not Mid-Build

We finalize your finishes — flooring, fixtures, paint, hardware — and order long-lead items before we start. That's how we avoid a common cause of delays: waiting on materials with the crew standing around.

  • Selections confirmed and documented in writing
  • Long-lead items ordered ahead of time
  • Fewer mid-project scrambles that put the schedule at risk

Schedule & Kickoff

A Clear Timeline Before Day One

You'll know the start date, the major milestones, and the finish date before we begin. On projects of $15,000+ that run about a month or longer, that date is backed by our $300/day On-Time Guarantee credit. At the kickoff, everyone's on the same page: scope locked, price locked, schedule set.
